Import of Extended Texts for the ProBatch text module
The Import Extended Texts report can be used to import texts for the ProBatch text module. The texts can be imported for master data, e.g. items, vendors or customers, as well as for transaction data, e.g. sales orders and purchase orders.
Create Ext. Texts Import Template
The import is made from an Excel file. This must contain a specific format depending on the target table, that means the columns in the Excel file must be in a certain order. The Excel file can be created using the task Create Ext. Texts Import Template. This task creates one Excel file with several tabs, one for each target table, and the relevant fields.
