YAVEON User Groups

Business Central users can be grouped into YAVEON User Groups.

When setting up rules and their conditions, users groups can be selected instead of multiple single users. This simplifies creating rules.

Additionally, changes in YAVEON User Groups affect rules that rely on those groups and therewith make modifying the rules obsolete.

YAVEON User Groups are available for i.e. Lot No. Information Modification Rules, Electr. Signature Rules, Posting Rules, as well as Field Security Rules.

To make setup easier, the (Entra) security groups can be synchronized with the YAVEON user groups. The Import security groups function can be used for this in the YAVEON user groups. The entries of the security groups and the assigned members are imported.
