Electronic Signature for Audit Trail Changes

If an Electronic Signature Rule for action Audit Trail - Changes is activated, the Change can be blocked for further records.

Therefor an electronic signature must be requested. After requesting the signature the change is blocked for further records.

The next step is to sign or reject the request. When signing the request the change is blocked for all times. When rejecting the request additional records are possible or a new electronic signature can be requested.

Request, Signe or Reject of electronic signature is done via Infobox Electronic Signature or Inbox Electronic Signature as usual.
