ProE-SCM 365 Delivery Requirement Automatic Batch

Delivery Requirements can be fully automated.

In total, the following steps of the Delivery Requirements can be automated:

  1. Filling a Delivery Requirement Journal
  2. Posting a Delivery Requirement Journal

In practice, a clearly processable group of customers or individual locations, such as external warehouses, are usually mapped using an automatic Delivery Requirement. For this purpose, please create individual Delivery Requirement Journal Names in the ProE-SCM 365 Delivery Requirement Journal Batch. You can now make your own configuration for each Journal and store the rhythm, parameters and necessary filters there.

Setup:

  • Proposal parameters:
Tip

The Improved Delivery Requirement Proposal function is available from version 8.4, 7.10, 6.16 onwards.

With the Improved Delivery Requirement Proposal function enabled: In the Aut. Del. Req. Fill Template field, you specify a proposal template with the configured filters and parameters for filling the ProE-SCM 365 Delivery Requirement.

Without the Improved Delivery Requirement Proposal function: In the Automatic Delivery Proposal Proposal Parameters field, you specify the filters and parameters for filling the proposal. To do this, please click on the assist button of the field.

  • Rhythm proposal calculation:

    In the field Autom. Delivery Requirement Proposal Time you can enter a Time Schedule which will be used to fill the proposal.

    We recommend a rhythm that is not too tight and is also known to the clerks. Hourly setups are often made on the hour to allow sales clerks to interact, for example, when making order corrections.

  • Posting parameters:

    In the field Aut. delivery requirement post params you store the filters and parameters for posting the Delivery Requirement. To do this, please click on the Assist button of the field.

  • Rhythm posting:

    In the field Aut. Del. Req. Posting Time Schedule you can enter a Time Schedule which will be used to post the proposal.

    Here too, we recommend a rhythm that is not too tight. Depending on how you work, you can configure a deliberate delay directly connected to the proposal. If the clerk is still to be given a period of time to check the proposal, a staggered rhythm must be selected.

The background process carries out the automatic processing and then sets the fields Aut. Del. Req. Prop. DateTime and Aut. Del. Req. Posting next Date Time to the next planned date.
