Permission Sets Yaveon 365 Process Base App

When the app is installed, the following permission sets are automatically installed. The individual sets are briefly explained below.

Permission Set	Description
PB365 BASE	Read permissions on Yaveon 365 Process Base pages and tables. The assignment of this permission set to the user is necessary to use the app functionalities.
PB365 BASE CD READ	Read permissions for the Corporate Design setup. When using the Corporate Design functionality, this authorization set must be assigned to all users who should print documents.
PB365 BASE CD SETUP	Permissions to set up the Corporate Design for Documents functionality.
PB365 BASE FEAT SET	With this permission set the user can create and edit Features.
PB365 BASE INV. SUM	This permission set gives users read and indirect write permissions to update the Inventory Summary. Users who create postings with item ledger changes and warehouse movements must be assigned this permission set. If this authorization is not given, each posting ends in an error message.
PB365 BASE SETUP	With this permission set, the functionalities of the Yaveon 365 Process Base App can be set up.

Due to the close functional link between the Yaveon 365 Process Base App and the Yaveon 365 Lot Management App some permission sets of the Yaveon 365 Process Base App are part of the Yaveon 365 Lot Management App, see Permission Sets Yaveon 365 Lot Management App.
