Corporate Design Documents

In the ProBatch 365 Base App, the Corporate Design documents are available to you. This tool enables you to design business documents uniformly.

With Corporate Design documents it is not necessary to adjust the layout of each document individually. It is possible to design the corporate design for documents centrally and to apply it to all documents. Thus, the documents look uniform throughout the system. This creates a clear picture for customers, vendors and other business partners.

It is also possible to create a different layout for individual documents, if necessary. You can also define an individual layout for individual vendors and customers.

For each of these three levels of setup there are corresponding setup tables:

• ProBatch 365 Base Corporate Design Documents Setup
• Corporate Design Report Spec. Setup
• Corporate Design Custom Specific Setup

The priority of the setups varies from specific to general. This means that the general setup, which applies to all documents, is overridden by the document-specific setup. This in turn is overridden by the customer-specific setup.

The Quick Start Guide Corporate Design Initial Setup describes a standard setup that can be used to print Corporate Design documents within minutes.
